1. Treadmill:
„ON/OFF": Turn on the power, turn off the power.
start/ stop key: when the power supply is turned on and the safety key is in the position, this button
can start and stop the treadmillat any time.
„SPEED+","SPEED-": It is used to adjust the speed after starting, speed will add or reduce 1 /
km per pressing, If continues press the buttons with 0.5 seconds, Speed will continues to add or
reduce 0.1 /km till to highest speed or lowest speed.
Energy-saving design: Turn on and start the treadmill, but if unload with 2 minutes, the treadmill will
stop itself.
2. Vibration Platform machine:
„ON/OFF": Turn on the power, turn off the power.
start/ stop key: when the power supply is turned on, the vibration can be started and stop by pres-
sing this button at any time.
„SPEED+", „SPEED-": It is used to adjust the speed after starting, speed will add or reduce 1 /
level per pressing, If continues press the buttons with 0.5 seconds, Speed will continues to add or
reduce 1 /level till to 99 levels or 1 level.
Energy-saving design:Turn on and start the vibration, but if unload with 20 minutes, the vibration will
stop itself.
