Problem
The device does not start
The running surface is slipping
The running surface is off centre
You hear strange noises
Short circuit or damage to
the power cable on the upper
control panel
No matter how you do sports, please do some stretch at first, The warm muscle will extend easily, so warm up
yourself with 5-10minutes, Then We suggest the following stretch exercise, five times.10 counts for each time or
longer do these exercise again after sports.
QUADRICEPS STRETCH
With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right
foot up. Bring your heel as close to your buttocks as possible. Hold for 15
counts and repeat with left foot.

11. GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING

Reason
No power supply, or switch is on 'off'.
The treadmill's excess current protec-
tion is not connected.
The running surface is loose.
The running surface is not adjusted
correctly.
The rotation axis requires grease.
Damage to the power cable on the
upper control panel.
12. STRETCH EXERCISE
INNER THIGH STRETCH
Sit with the soles of your feet together and your knees
pointing outward. Pull your feet as close to your groin as
possible. Gently push your knees toward the floor. Hold for
15 counts.
Connect power supply and switch
on the device.
Connect the excess current
protection.
Adjust the running surface according
to section 8. Maintenance.
Adjust the running surface to being
centred.
Apply grease to the rotation axis.
Tighten the appropriate screws
Replace the lower control panel.
