You can follow the latest progress via the diagram
that appears. Please wait until the download
process is complete. If the process stops, you can
reinitiate it by pausing and starting it again.

Via the "Settings" menu you can see the proxy
server, the use of which is optional. This is auto-
matically set.

Once the update process is complete, you will see a
corresponding message in the download manager.
Close the download manager. The SD card can now
be removed from the computer and used in the
vehicle.

Also via the "Settings" menu, you can configure the
path for the local cache of the downloaded data
so that this is available for further/future updates
without having to be downloaded again. Depending
on the card region, 20 GB or more of free storage
capacity is required for updating or restoring the
card. Even if the box is not checked, the data is
saved at this path during the download process,
which is then written onto the SD card. Therefore,
sufficient storage capacity is required. After com-
pletion of the update process, if the box is not
checked, the data is no longer available. Locally
saved data can be completely deleted here. Chang-
ing the settings is not possible during the update
process.
