NSTALLATION

3.1 Materials supplied

The following materials are standard supplied with the machine. Check that all the materials listed below are in the pack before starting work.
•
N.1 humidifier mod. NEB6500 (code F2060)
•
N.1 technical installation manual (this manual) (code 0080446)
•
N.4 Wall bolt anchors with screws (for wall installation) (code 0110057
•
N.1 Fastening brackets for wall mounting (code 0080414)
•
N.3 Brackets for hanging installation (code 0080412)
•
N.1 safety screws: M6×20, with hexagonal cavity (code 0100021)
•
N.1 washers: ø6×12 (code 0100018)
•
N.1 Water supply pipe: L=1.5m, with screw connectors G 3/4 (code 0080445)
•
N. 1 water drain pipe: L=1.5m ø10 internal diameter (code 0080444)
•
N. 3 cable straps (0060095)

3.2 Preliminary operations

To make the NEB6500 operative, there must be:
•
an electric mains of 230V, 50Hz power, with a ground connection and protection devices
Installation must satisfy the safety requirements of the local regulations in force.
•
Water supply connection
•
Water drain connection
The water connenction to the water load line must be made with a set of brand new gaskets: any old gasket
cannot be reused and must be replaced.

Then make sure that all the necessary connections to make the
machine operate properly have been prepared correctly. All inputs,
whether electrical or hydraulic, are placed under the rear bracket, as
shown in Fig. 3.
It is advisable to carry out the operations listed below before starting
the actual installation.
•
Dismantle the air filter, placed in the lower part of the
machine, by unscrewing the three screws holding it.
Refer to Fig. 3 and:
•
Connect the standard supplied pipe, going to the water
discharge drain A, A, A, A, to the discharge elbow bend B B B B .
•
Connect the extremity C C C C to L L L L of the water-loading pipe,
standard supplied, to the supply solenoid valve D. D. D. D.
At any rate, the above operations can also still be carried out with the
machine already installed.
