ELECTRONIC CONTROL
5.1 The electronic board
The operation of the NEB6500 is controlled by the electronic card, that has the following functions:
•
Adjustment of the humidification capacity
•
Starting and stopping of the washing/reset cycle
The electronic board is available in two versions that are equivalent as functions: the only difference is that the regulation of the capacity in
the electronic board of Fig. 18 is made rotating a potentiometer while in the one of Fig. 19 is made with dip-switches.
5.1.1 The potentiometer
It is possible to adjust the humidification capacity of the NEB6500 by using the
potentiometer A, of Fig. 20, placed on electronic card inside the electric wiring
box, depending on the needs of the environment to be humidified.
The potentiometer has a scale graduated from 0 to 100 which correspond to the
humidification capacities according to the values found in Fig. 20. As can be seen,
by simply turning the arrow in the centre of the potentiometer with a screwdriver
the humidification capacity can be modified from a minimum value of 1,1 L/hour to
a maximum value of 6,5 L/hour. Rotating completely cloclwise side the
potentiometer, the humidifier works at the maximum capacity.

5.1.2 Dip switches
The electronic board of Fig. 19 regulates the capacity of the dehumidifier with dip-switches according with Tab. 4
M360-4-GB
Fig. 18
NOTE: the values found in figure Fig. 21 are purely indicative. By default the
potentiometer is set to value MAX.
Do not set the potentiometer in the range between the last notch and the 100 notch
(ends excluded), since the operation of the device is uncertain in that area (Fig. 21).
