This document is a preliminary version of
the installation manual. Please note the rel-
evant version and date.
This manual describes the structure of the
integrated grease drain for the units:
LM1: iCombi Pro 6-1/1 to 10-2/1

LM2: iCombi Classic 6-1/1 to 10-2/1
n
This manual is to be used in addition to the
installation manual for iCombi Pro /
iCombi Classic. Read the manual before
assembly. The manual is there to ensure
that you use the units safely and install
them properly.
The illustrations in this manual are ex-
amples only and may differ from the as-
sembly kit.
All information from the installation
manual for iCombi Pro / iCombi Classic
apply accordingly.

Security

WARNING
Risk of burns from hot drain pipes
The pipes of the grease drain can
become very hot during unit operation.
Do not touch the drain pipes during
n
operation.
If you do not use the integrated
n
grease drain, close the funnel in the
cooking cabinet with the supplied
plug.

Incorrect installation of drain pipe
To prevent the grease from returning to
the unit, align the drain pipe with a
slight decline.
Leaking connections
To prevent leaking connections on the
ball valve, use a new Teflon tape to seal
the pipe sections when working on the
ball valve.

With this assembly kit, the integrated
grease drain can be built on the left or right
of the Combi-Duo unit.
The integrated grease drain cannot be ret-
rofitted.
A levelling kit or stand must be installed in
addition to the integrated grease drain for
Combi-Duo.
