Scope of delivery integrated grease drain
for Combi-Duo units [
1 Pipes with gaskets and drain valve for
the top unit
2 Pipes with gaskets and drain valve for
the bottom unit
3 Ball valve mount
4 Grease collection canister
5 Drain vat
6 Rectangular pipe
7 Cross beams
8 Rear panel mount
4 Installation

4.1 Preliminary installation works

Drill mounting holes
1. Measure the position of the holes ac-
cording to the installation side and
gastronorm:
Unit size and installa-
tion side
6-1/1 and 10-1/1
right
6-2/1 and 10-2/1
right
6-1/1 and 10-1/1
left
6-2/1 and 10-2/1
left
1. The holes can be carefully drilled in the
unit rear panel.

Remove waste water stop
1. Remove the 3 screws on the waste
water stop [
that the potential equalisation is not
changed.
2. Remove the waste water stop.
4.2 Installing the integrated grease
drain
Mount the drain valve
Mount the rear panel holder on the unit
1. Screw the holder to the 3 attachment
points of the waste water stop

2. Screw the cross beam to the rear panel
holder with four cap nuts and to the
two drilled holes [
Mount the drain valve
1. Seal the threads of the two pipe pieces
for the ball valve with Teflon tape
[ Image 09].
2. Install the pipe pieces, pipe bracket
and drain valve [
the different assembly for the left and
right variant.
3. Install the assembled drain valves with
the clamping parts on the rectangular
pipe [ Image
cap nuts yet. The assembly must re-
main moveable for the subsequent
steps.

The drain pipes point to the rear
and the pipe brackets to the bot-
tom.
4. Attach the rectangular pipe with the
rectangular pipe holder to the cross
beam with four screws and cap nuts
