Mount the drain pipe
1. Mount the pipe gaskets on the pipe
socket in the rear panel of the unit

2. Assemble the pipes to the rear panel of

3. Slide the pipes into the attachments on
the cross beam and in the pipe socket
on the drain valve [
Assemble the drain vat and grease
collection canister
1. Position the drain vat next to the unit
at the end of the piping [
2. Level the feet on the vat for the drain
container [ Image
3. Insert the drain pipe with the handle
into the grease collection canister

4. Place the grease collection canister
into the vat [
5. Insert the pipe bracket into the drain
pipe [ Image
6. Turn the drain pipe so that the pin is
locked by the pipe bracket

7. Place the "hot surface" stickers so that
they are clearly visible in the following
places: on the pipe bracket to the drip
pan, on the pipe between the drain
valve and the unit rear panel and on
the pipe at the rear of the unit.
Prepare the cooking cabinet
1. Slide the grease collector vat into the
bottom rack of the unit [

2. Insert the piping in the cooking cabinet
into the fat collector vat [
Attach the sealing plug to the funnel in
the cooking cabinet.
Opening/closing the funnel
1. Leave the funnel open in the cooking
cabinet using the integrated grease
drain.
