Replacing nozzles/reflectors
Only Leister accessories should be used.
Allow the device to cool down when replacing nozzles/reflectors.
Do not touch the hot nozzle/reflector and always place on a fireproof base, as risk of fire.
The nozzles/reflectors can easily be pushed onto the tapered heating element tube (7) and then have to
be fixed on the clip by tightening the screw.

• Leister Process Technologies and its authorised service points offer free welding courses and training events.

Maintenance
• The air filter (5) of the device must be cleaned with a brush if dirty.
• Check power cable (1) and plug for electrical and mechanical damage.
Service and Repairs
• Repairs should only be carried out by authorised Leister service points. These guarantee a professional, reliable
repair service, using original replacement parts according to the circuit diagrams and replacement parts lists.
Guarantee
• This device is covered by a basic guarantee of one (1) year from the date of purchase (proof of purchase is an
invoice or delivery receipt). Damage which arises will be rectified by replacement or repair. Heating elements are
excluded from the guarantee.
• Other claims are excluded, subject to legal requirements.
• Damage due to wear and tear, overload or improper treatment is excluded from the guarantee.
• Claims for devices which have been converted or modified by customers are void.
