Compare the coupling radius with the
fitting space available.
The couplings probably extend over the
contour of the toothed-belt axis, depend-
ing on the size-length combination.
Raising the toothed-belt axis

Make sure that the axis lies correctly
along its entire length.
This is guaranteed by the supporting
elements as described in the chapter
Accessories.
Please refer to the operating instructions
for the DGE-... for the maximum permitted
distances between supports.

Compare the manufacturer specifications
of the KSK-... with the planned data.
These contain the intended dimension x
for your parallel structure
(e.g. KSK-40-1000 ® x = 1000 mm).

Place the toothed-belt axes at the in-
tended horizontal distance x from each
other on their supports as shown in Fig. 8.
The construction design of the KSK-...
enables the axes to be adjusted before
the couplings are tightened.
