Remove the coulping screws of the di-
vided half-shells.

Clean the contact surfaces of the coupling
and the drive pin.
These will only function correctly if they
are free of oil and grease.

Push the couplings in each case with the
non-divided hub as far as possible onto
the drive pin of the DGE-...-ZR.
Turn the coupling screws slightly in order
to fasten the coupling.
S
Place the connecting tube in the open
couplings.
S
Compare the support depth B of the con-
necting tube with the minimum value.
Type KSK-

depth B
If the support depth is too small, you
must correct this by shifting the coupling
away from the stop and towards the tube.
S
Tighten the coupling screws of the non-
divided hubs (Ms).
