Warranty information and conditions
The manufacturer of the tow bar grants a warranty of 24 months from the date of sale on
the construction, material used and correct operation of the tow bar which has been supplied.
It is a precondition for the validity of the warranty that the tow bar is only used for the pur-
poses for which it was intended.
Before being professionally fitted, all tow-bar parts and accessories must be checked in re-

spect of their compatibility with the particular type of vehicle. The tow bar may only be used
on a type of vehicle which has been specifically quoted by the manufacturer. In the event of
unprofessional fitting, or if a tow bar is fitted to a type of vehicle for which it is not designed,
the manufacturer shall not be held liable for any possible damage to the tow bar caused by
faulty fitting or improper use.
The warranty does not cover any damage due to normal wear and tear, or caused by
overloading or incorrect use of the tow bar, or if the tow bar is not used in compliance with
the instructions given in the Operating instructions. In addition, the warranty does not cover
any damage which is caused by forces of nature. Furthermore, the seller is not liable for any
damage in cases where the tow bar has been modified or otherwise altered.
