c. To unfold, stand behind the rollator and release the backrest. Press the seat downwards,
making sure that the seat is clicked into place. You can release the brakes again and the
rollator is ready for use.
5. Cleaning
a. Clean and disinfect the rollator at regular intervals, for example, daily. Before you transfer
the walker to another person, thorough cleaning and disinfection are mandatory.
b. Use a mild soapy solution without abrasive additives. Disinfection can be carried out using
commercially available agents as per Manufacturer's instructions, for example, Descosept
AF. Do not use abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents or high pressure and steam
cleaners!
c. Ensure that no cleaning liquid runs into the frame tubes to avoid corrosion!
6. Maintenance
The rollator Actimo Light is maintenance-free.
Functional error:
If you notice a decrease in the braking force, a sluggishness of the wheels, a rough running of
the wheels or other disturbances, such as rust on the linkage, consult your dealer. Do not use
a damaged rollator!
7. Storage/Transport
Protect the rollator from moisture and store it in a safe place to protect the linkage and the
wheels from damage! For safe transport, the rollator must be folded; for this, pull the seat
board upwards at the handle, after removing the adapter.
8. Contraindication
The use of the rollator is unsuitable for perceptual disturbances, severe equilibrium
disturbances, loss of limbs on both arms, joint injuries or articular contractions on both arms
and reduced or insufficient vision.
