Further, you can access topics for troubleshooting through Home Center by clicking the
question mark (?) button at the top right-hand corner of the menu bar. In the Help panel,
select Troubleshoot.
If your printer is not responding, attempt to power cycle the printer by unplugging the
printer. Wait 5 seconds, and then plug the power cord back into the printer.
You should also confi rm that you are using a USB 2.0 (High Speed) cable. USB 2.0
cables can be purchased online at
