4.11 Outlet baffle from final sedimentation

The inlet baffle in the final sedimentation consists of a
DN 150 T-piece with a DN 100 outlet. This is fitted on the final
sedimentation inlet pipe.

4.12 Outlet baffles from sludge accrual tank (for systems sized for 90 inhabitants or more)

The outlet baffles from the sludge accrual tanks share their
construction with those in the preliminary sedimentation. The
inlet and outlet from the sludge accumulator is connected to
the dome shaft.

4.13 Adding carrier material to fluid bed tanks

The carrier material should be poured loose into the fluid bed tanks from the sacks or big bags. The
quantity supplied should be evenly split between all fluid bed tanks.
