Scope of delivery
1 nerf bar, left

3x HH screws, M8x25 DIN 933
2x HH screws, M6x13 DIN 933
1x hexagon nut, M8 DIN 6926
4x bolts for fixing net
3x washers, A8.4 DIN 125
1x washer A8.4 DIN 9021
2x washers A6.4 DIN 125
2x nets
NOTE: When mounting the nerf bars, only hand tighten the screws
initially. Do not fully tighten them until after the nerf bars have been
properly aligned.
Preparations
Remove the skid plate
Mounting the nerf bars
Mount the nerf bar support in the slotted hole behind the A-arm support on
the ATV frame using HH screw M8x25, washer A8.4 (top) washer A8.4 (large
washer) (bottom) and the nut M8.
NOTE:
If the frame of the ATV has a welding nut, the M8 nut and A8.4 washer
(large washer) are not needed for attaching the Nerf bar support.
Attach the nerf bar on the left and right.
Mount the nerf bar on the left and right on the upper fixing point of the foo-
trest using screw M6x13 and washer A6.4.
