23. Seal the Outside Frame
CAUTION: Risk of property damage. After completing the installation, follow the sealant
manufacturer's recommended drying time before using the shower. This will allow the panel
adhesive to properly cure.
IMPORTANT! Follow the sealant manufacturer's instructions for application and curing time.
NOTE: Thoroughly clean and dry dust, dirt, and grease from surfaces where sealant will be applied.
Apply 100% silicone sealant to:
• the outside of the shower where the wall jambs meet the wall.
• the outside of the shower where the bridge member meets the shower base.
• the seams between the bottom of the side fixed panels where they meet the shower base.
