REGISTRATION INFORMATION

REGISTER YOUR BOOSTER SEAT TODAY! Booster
seats could be recalled for safety reasons. You must
register this restraint to be reached in the event of a
recall, and to be eligible to receive replacement parts
while under warranty.
The model number, serial number and manufacturing
date can be found on a label on the underside of your
booster seat base.

register your booster seat online, mail-in the prepaid
registration card or send your name, address, the
booster seat model number, manufacturing date and
date of purchase to:
