Mode COOKING: In this mode the device will work until
we push the RUN/STOP key.
Select the temperature of the liquid in the container
(TS). To select the temperature, first push the ºC
Temperature Key (3) and later UP/DOWN key. You can
accelerate the speed keeping the command pushed.
Once the desired liquid temperature is selected (ES),
push the RUN/STOP key (5) to begin the cooking.
Once the selected temperature is reached, it will
stay constant and homogeneous. Remember that
in this cooking mode the time is only a reference for
the user to determine the elapsed time since the set
temperature is reached.
Push RUN/STOP to stop completely the cooking
process. Mode TIMER COOK: In this mode we will also
select the temperature of the liquid (TS) and later the
cooking duration time (PT).
To select the cooking duration time, first push the
CLOCK Key
(4) and later UP/DOWN key. We can
accelerate the speed keeping the command pushed.
Once the two parameters are selected we should
push the RUN/STOP key (5) to start the programmed
cooking period.
The time will not start counting until the bath
temperature reaches the selected temperature. The
device will indicate the end of the programmed
time with a sound signal and will stop the heating
resistance, although the water continues its agitation,
the temperature control and the ventilation system of
the command box will continue.
Automatically the HCT system will start immediately.
This temperature control system, based on the HACCP
concept, will control the decrease of the temperature
not allowing it to go below 52 ºC / 125 ºF (for EEUU
market 57 ºC / 135 ºF). This way, even if the cooking ends
when you are not present, some hygienic conditions
of the cooked products will be secured. The mode
EN
HCT will always start functioning if the programmed
temperature is equal or superior to 52 ºC / 125 ºF (for
EEUU market 57 ºC / 135 ºF) and will stay functioning
until the user push the RUN/STOP key (5).
This temperature control system cannot be considered
as a food security system since the norm informs that
the food should go from the cooking temperature
to 3 ºC / 37,4 ºF in a maximum of 1h30' . However, it
protects in a certain way, the reproduction of some
pathogenic agents.
