failure. Once the equipment is functioning we cannot
change the parameters, mode, time, temperature
and/or program, except the pump speed, until the
equipment is stopped with the RUN/STOP key (5).
Every time the equipment is working and we stop its
functioning with the RUN/STOP key (5), the extraction
system of internal steam and water pump will not stop
until after 1 minute to avoid the accumulation of steam
inside of the component box.
Double pump agitation
The agitation or circulation pump allows the liquid
to be in constant movement, keeping a constant
temperature in the entire volume of liquid.
There is a special connection for the silicon tube
(included in this kit) which allows the water movement
in a different places in the container. It is perfect to be
used with containers taller than wider. The water flow
can also be directed from the bottom of the container,
avoiding cold bags due to the excess of the product or
bath formation.
15 PRECAUTIONS AND MAINTENANCE
General Cleaning
First cleaning before its use: The parts can be washed
with soapy water, rinsing with tap water to finish.
- Unplug the device and let it cool before cleaning it.
- Do not use dissolvers or abrasive products.
Scale cleaning: Depending on the frequency of use
and the hardness of your water, scale and mineral
build-up may occur. Inspect periodically for such
deposits. With regular use some mineral residue will
appear on the elements that are submerged in the
water. The resistance efficiency and life decreases with
these residues. For this reason it is recommended to
clean the elements with a filling pot with a solution
of vinegar 15% and water, and running the circulator
for about 15 minutes at 60 ºC / 140 ºF, then rinse with
water and dry thoroughly.
Noon also has a program for automatic cleaning and
descaling (see resident program table, page 26).
Cleaning the agitation pump: Unplug your Circulator
from the electrical outlet. Check if there is any residue
that blocks the water passage. If there is any residue
inside the circuit it should be removed immediately.
To clean and check the pump impeller you must
remove the protective cover on the bottom rear of the
EN
housing. This cover is held in place with two screws.
Never operate your Circulator without the protective
cover in place.
Fuse change
To change the fuse, first unplug the device. Substitute
the bad fuse with the spare one. Used fuse type 12 A.
Equipment Maintenance
The equipment is ready for continuous use and
a long life although one should schedule routine
inspections to make sure that all components are
working properly. If a failure is detected or an irregular
functioning is observed, we recommend contacting
the technical service department immediately.
The circulating water should be completely
replaced after each cycle use of the unit in order
to prevent lime concentration from evaporation.
We advise you to remove the water, wash the bath
and start the services or cooking with new water
preferably decalcified.
Due to the complexity of the programs and the
equipment, it can happen that the equipment
gets blocked during the programming (not during
functioning) due to security reasons. In order to
restart the equipment, it is necessary to do a RESET
and a SYSTEM TEST. To do so disconnect the general
switch (2) in the back, wait 5 seconds and reconnect
with the same switch. We also advise a check up and
tuning by a technician who is properly schooled in
the service and maintenance of the unit.

IMPORTANT

If during the COOKING modes the feeding is
interrupted due to an electric break, the device will
keep working in the same conditions as before the
break, once the electricity is established.
