PREPARING THE MILK FOAMER/CAPPUCCINO

To get a cappuccino, you must top a cup of espresso with
milk foam.
Note: The metal filter holder must be assembled when
preparing/using the steam.
Method:
Make an espresso in a cup that is large enough as indicated in the "PREPARING

minimum diameter of 70 mm. Keep in mind that the volume of milk doubles and
make sure you choose a jug that is tall enough.
