steps to resolve the issue.
 Can not be recognized by the computer
Blue light stays on
Blue light flashes 4 times every 1 second
Blue light flashes 4 times every 1 second,
then flashes once every 1 second
Red light flashes quickly, then blue light
flashes once every 1 second
Red &blue light turn on simultaneously
Blue light stays on with red light flashes
once every 7 seconds
