Chapter 4 Adjustment

4. 1 Oil-filling and inspection:
Install the lift, connect the hydraulic circuit, electrical circuit, and air circuit, and then follow the following procedures.
4.1.1 Open the door of the control cabinet and fill the hydraulic tank with 16L 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil （provided by the user）
with a funnel.
4.1.2 Make sure the hydraulic oil is clean, and no impurity shall enter into the oil circuit, which may lead to oil circuit blockage and
solenoid valve failure.
4.1.3 Switch on the power supply, switch off the main switch of the power supply, press the "Up" button and inspect that the motor's
rotation is anticlockwise （viewed downward）. Otherwise, cut off the power supply and adjust the phase sequence of the
power supply.
4.1.4 After the power supply is switched on, there is a risk of high-voltage electric shock in the control cabinet. Only authorized
professionals who are qualified and experienced in electrical operations are allowed to conduct the operation, for fear of electric shock.
Inspection: check if the operation of two safety devices with the safety jaws of the main lift is flexible and reliable and if the oil circuit
and air circuit leak.
4.2 Instructions for oil filling and leveling:
Oil filling instructions for Main Lift
4.2.1 Turn the changeover switch on the control panel to the "Main Lift" position, set the time relay to 0, and connect the air supply.

4.2.2 Press the Up button to lift the main lift to about 1m（rather than the highest position, at this time, the two oil-filling ball valves
shall be in closed state）.
During oil filling of Main Lift 1m
Do not lift the main lift to the highest position
