Algemene richtlijnen
Houd de volgende richtlijnen aan bij de montage van een
stuurstoel:
• Monteer de stuurstoel zo hoog mogelijk, om goed zicht over
de boeg van het schip te kunnen hebben. Zie tekening 1,
a.
• Monteer de stuurstoel zo dicht mogelijk bij het stuurwiel.
Zorg wel voor genoeg vrije ruimte tussen het stuurwiel en
de stuurstoel om vanaf de zijkant op de stuurstoel te kunnen
gaan zitten. Zie tekening 1, b.
• Let op ! Het draaimechanisme van de stoelpoot heeft 2
standen waarin het is geborgd. Zet het mechanisme in een
van deze twee standen en plaats de voet dan in lijn met de
hartlijn van het schip. Zie tekening 2.
• Let op! Bij de verstelbare stoelpoot, verstelbaar tussen 35
en 70 cm, is er ruimte onder het dek nodig om de volledige
verstelling te kunnen benutten. Zie tekening 3.
Montage
Monteer de stoelpoot altijd vast aan het dek. Gebruik de kunst-
stof bussen als isolatie tussen de bevestigingsmiddelen en de
stoelpoot om corrosie te voorkomen. Zie tekening 4.
Monteer de stoel op de stoelpoot. Voor het gatenpatroon zie
tek. 5.
Bediening
• Stoel vooruit-achteruit
Trek hendel 'A' omhoog.
De stoel kan in 7 verschillende standen geborgd worden.
• Stoel draaien
Trek hendel 'B' omhoog.
De stoel kan in 2 standen geborgd worden.
• Hoogteverstelling
Stoelpoot zonder gasveer
Trek de pen 'C' uit.
De hoogte is instelbaar in stappen van 2,5 cm.
Stoelpoot met gasveer
Trek hendel 'B' omhoog voorbij de stand draaien.
Na loslaten van hendel 'B' wordt de stoel geborgd.

General guidelines
Keep to the following guidelines when fitting a steering seat:
• Fit the steering seat as high up as possible to provide a good
view over the bow of the ship. See diagram 1, a.
• Fit the steering seat as close to the steering wheel as pos-
sible, but make sure that enough space is left between the
seat and the wheel to be able to get in and sit down from the
side. See diagram 1, b.
• NB! The turning mechanism in the seat leg has 2 positions
in which it can be locked. Put the mechanism in one of these
positions and position the foot in line with the centre line of
the ship. See diagram 2.
• NB! The adjustable seat leg needs room underneath the
deck if the complete adjustment, between 35 and 70 cm, is
to be used. See diagram 3.
Fitting
Always fit the seat leg firmly to the deck. Use the plastic bushes
as insulation between the fixing bolts and the seat leg to pre-
vent corrosion. See diagram 4. Fit the seat on the leg. See
diagram 5 for the pattern of holes.
Operating
• Seat backwards and forwards
Pull lever 'A' up.
The seat can be locked in 7 different positions.
• Turning the seat
Pull lever 'B' up.
The seat can be locked in 2 positions.
• Height adjustment
Seat leg without gas spring
Pull out pin 'C'.
The height can be adjusted in steps of 2.5 cm.
Seat leg with gas spring
Pull lever 'B' up past the position for turning the seat.
The seat will be locked at the height set after releasing
lever 'B'.
