PROBLEMS?
THE VEHICLE DOES NOT WORK?
• Check that there are no disconnected cables under
the accelerator plate.
• Check the operation of the accelerator button and
replace it if necessary.
• Check that the battery is connected to the
electrical system.
THE VEHICLE LACKS POWER?

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
ASSEMBLY MUST ONLY BE CARRIED OUT BY
ADULTS. TAKE CARE WHEN REMOVING THE
VEHICLE FROM ITS PACKAGING. ALL THE
SCREWS AND SMALL PARTS ARE CONTAINED IN
A BAG INSIDE THE PACKAGING. THE BATTERY
MAY ALREADY BE FITTED INSIDE THE ITEM.
Do not use the toy if you find it damaged after
opening the packaging. Contact the shop where you
bought it or the customer support centre.
Take care in the presence of children while
assembling the toy, given the risks caused by small
parts (ingestion hazard) and the plastic bags that
contain them (choking hazard).
To assemble the toy, you will need a flat-head
screwdriver, a Phillips screwdriver, a hammer, and a
pair of pliers.
ASSEMBLY
1 • Prepare the 2 back wheels (the widest ones) by
attaching the wheel rims onto their outer sides,
ensuring that the tread is going in the right
direction (see picture).
2 • Insert the 2 cross-shaped drivers into the inner
sides of the wheels.
3 • Turn the chassis upside down. Fix the 2 back
wheels onto the chassis by sliding them onto the
axle, keeping the wheel rims on the outside, as
shown in the picture.
4 • Fix, in the following order, onto each side of the
axle: 1 large plastic washer, 1 small metal washer,
and 1 nut. Secure the wheels by tightening the
nuts at the same time using the 2 spanners
provided.
5 • Fix the 2 steering levers onto the steering
column using the 2 screws provided.
6 • Attach the 2 front shock absorbers, as shown in
the picture (ATTENTION: the inside of the
pieces are marked with DX for the right one,
and SX for the left one).
7 • Prepare the remaining front wheels, by attaching
the wheel rims (again, ensuring that the tread is
going in the right direction) and positioning the 2
remaining drivers inside them.
8 • Slide, in the following order, onto the steering
levers: 1 large metal washer, 1 wheel (ensuring
that the wheel rim is on the outside), 1 large
plastic washer, 1 small metal washer, and 1 nut.
Tighten using the spanner provided. Repeat for
the remaining front wheel.
9 • Press the 4 hubcaps onto the wheels.
10 • Turn the back part of the body upside down, and
attach the 2 side inserts: DX is the right one, and
SX is the left one, as shown in the picture.
11 • Attach the inserts using the screws provided.
12 • Slide the 2 small tubes with springs into their
slots, keeping the springs pressed down until they
are fully hooked in.
13 • Install the back part of the body onto the
chassis, by firstly inserting the tubes and then
fixing it down using its hooks.
14 • Place the product on its side and secure the
body onto it using the 4 screws provided (2 for
each side), as shown in the picture.
15 • Insert the gear stick.
16 • Connect the terminals of the battery and the
wiring unit together.
17 • Position the seats by firstly inserting the back
hook into the chassis and then fix them down by
rotating the front safety hook.
18 • In diagram A, the seat is free, in diagram B, the
seat is locked in place.
19 • Insert the ends of the seatbelts into the 2 slots
on the seats, as shown in the picture.
20 • Attach the 2 seatbelts to the vehicle using
screws, ensuring that the writing is the right way
around.
21 • Press the two parts of the steering wheel (the
steering wheel and the bezel for beneath it)
together.
22 • Assembling the horn:
1- insert the spring;
2- remove the small plastic tab from the sound
module. The sound module already comes with 3
LR44 batteries and is ready to use;
3- insert the sound module ensuring that the
side with the holes is at the bottom.
23 • Attach the cap and the frame onto the centre of
the steering wheel.
24 • Install the steering wheel by holding down the
steering wheel shaft with your other hand. Match
up the holes on the steering wheel with the ones
on the steering wheel shaft. Then fix it in place
using the screw and nut provided.
25 • Apply the decals onto the bonnet, following the
attached instructions. Slot the front windscreen
onto it and attach it using the 2 screws provided.
26 • Assemble the wing mirrors and screw them
down using the screws provided.
27 • Apply the silver decal onto the inside of the
mirrors and fix them onto the vehicle using the 2
screws.
28 • Click the 2 back roll bars into place.
29 • Click the central headlights onto the front of the
vehicle.
30 • Click the side front headlights into place.
31 • Apply the silver decals onto the bases of the
headlights and the indicators. Click the
headlights' and the indicators' glass covers into
place.
32 • Take the radio out of its packaging. Unscrew the
door of the battery compartment. Insert two 1.5
V AA batteries –Not Provided- into the
dedicated area making sure that they are the
right way around. Close the cover of the battery
compartment back up and re-screw it when you
have finished.
33 • Insert the antenna and radio wire into the
dedicated base on the dashboard, making sure
that it is the right way around, as shown in the
picture.
FEATURES AND
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
34 • A: GLOVE COMPARTMENT
B: FM RADIO. A real removable car radio that
works independently.
C: Accelerator pedal and electric brake. When
you take your foot off the pedal, the brake starts
to work automatically.
HORN. The vehicle is equipped with a horn.
35 • To turn on the radio, press button 3. To turn it
off, press button 4. To change frequency using the
automatic search, press button 5. To reset the
frequency, press button 6. When the radio is
turned off, the frequency is not memorised. To
adjust the volume, turn knob number 2. To adjust
the clock, hold down the SET button whilst
operating the HR and MIN buttons at the same
time. The radio has an AUX input (1) for
connecting MP3 devices.
36 • To unfasten the seatbelts: 1 push towards the
centre and press the button at the same time; 2
unfasten.
37 • GEAR STICK: 1: first gear. 2: second gear. R:
reverse.
ATTENTION: when it is first taken out of the
packaging, the vehicle can only be put into 1st
gear and into reverse. To use the 2nd gear, follow
the instructions for picture 38.
38 • Unscrew the screw on the 2nd gear lock. Rotate
the lock until it is in the next position. Re-screw
the lock. All of the gears can now be used.
REPLACEMENT OF LR44 BATTERIES
39 • The horn works with 3 button cell LR44
batteries in the sound module. To replace them,
unlock the sleeve and the horn cover by pushing
the fastening tabs from under the steering
wheel.
Extract the sound module and loosen the screw
of the cover of the battery compartment.
40 • Remove the flat batteries and replace them with
new batteries of the same kind. Ensure polarity
is right. Re-assemble all the parts.

REPLACING THE BATTERY

DESCRIBED.
41 • Remove the seats to access the battery
compartment. Disconnect the battery's power
terminals.
42 • Unscrew the 2 screws on the battery holder
and remove it as shown in the picture. Take the
battery out.
43 • Reposition the new battery with the battery
holder and fix it down with the two screws.
Connect the terminals of the battery and the
wiring unit together. Put the seats back and fix
them into place.

CHARGING THE BATTERY

WARNING: BATTERY CHARGING AND EVERY
OTHER OPERATION ON THE ELECTRICAL
SYSTEM MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY ADULTS
ONLY. THE BATTERY CAN ALSO BE CHARGED
WITHOUT REMOVING IT FROM THE TOY.
44 • Insert the battery charger's plug into a domestic
socket, following the attached instructions.
Connect terminal B to terminal C of the battery
charger.
45 • Once it has finished charging, disconnect the
battery charger from the domestic socket, then
disconnect terminal C from terminal B.
46 • Connect the terminals of the battery and the
wiring unit together. Insert the battery holder.
Always remember to close and fasten the
compartment when you have finished.
