• Close the printer hatch.
• Check the printer functions correctly. Insert the paper with the thermal side facing up-
wards and wait for it to load automatically.
Paper jam in the cutter
• Open the printer cover, pushing the opening lever.
• Start the automatic unblock procedure by pressing the LF key (LINE FEED).
• Push the opening lever of the presenter.
• Lift the cover of the presenter.
