• Try to remove the paper. If unsuccessful, see the following point.
• Locate the inspection window for the cutter, positioned in the lower section of the pre-
senter.
• Insert the cross-head screwdriver in the inspection window and turn the worm
screw to lower the blade of the cutter.
• Remove the damaged paper and any paper scraps from inside the printer. Use
tweezers if necessary.
