6.2.- WORKING MODES OF THE RP-30S
Through the REPET/SEMIDUPLEX switch placed in the front of the repeater,
there is access to two working modes:
SEMIDUPLEX mode:
Placing the switch in the SEMIDUPLEX position, its associated led will be
illuminated and the repeater will function as a base station in which there is
the following operation:
• Pushing the PTT of the microphone, the repeater will start its
transmission modulating the BF. In this situation the reception is not
allowed.
• In rest situation, the repeater is available, and the receiving signal will
be heard through the loudspeaker.
REPET mode:
Placing the REPET/SEMIDUPLEX switch in the REPET position, its
associated led will be switched off and the equipment will function as a relay
station.
But on the other hand, we can have different working modes in accordance
with the internal configuration of the repeater. Considering a standard
configuration of the repeater the modes will be:
