LIFETIME MOTOR REPLACEMENT BENEFIT
TriStar Enterprises, L.L.C. agrees to rebuild or replace the
motor of the TriStar Mg 2 canister at any time after
expiration of the original limited warranty period, subject to
the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. The TriStar Mg 2 must be in the possession of the
original owner, must have been used for household
purposes, and must be accompanied by proof of
purchase. This motor replacement benefit does not
apply to any TriStar Mg 2 used for commercial,
institutional, professional, rental, or other non-
household uses.
2. The Mg 2 must be returned, transportion pre-paid, to
the authorized TriStar Distributor from whom it was
purchased, or to an Authorized Service Center as
designated by TriStar Enterprises, L.L.C. The owner
must pay return transportation charges.
3. The maximum charge for rebuilding or replacement of
the motor of the TriStar Mg 2 canister will be $99.00
US, which will include the cost of all parts and labor
necessary to restore the TriStar Mg 2 to correct
operating order. A charge will be made at the then
current prices for any parts missing from the TriStar
Mg 2 at the time it is delivered for rebuilding or
replacement, if such parts are necessary to restore the
TriStar Mg 2 to correct operating condition and for
any parts needed or requested other than the motor of
the canister.
4. If there is a defect in material or workmanship in the
rebuilding or replacement, the TriStar Mg 2 will be
rebuilt or replaced again at no charge, provided the
TriStar Mg 2 is returned within two years of the prior
rebuilding or replacement to TriStar Enterprises,
L.L.C. or the Authorized Distributor who performed
the rebuilding or replacement, transportation prepaid.
Proof of the prior rebuilding or replacement must
accompany the TriStar Mg 2.
5. This lifetime service benefit is void and inapplicable
unless all of the following conditions are met:
A. The TriStar Mg 2 was purchased from an
authorized distributor;
B. Proof of Purchase must accompany the unit;
C. The manufacturer's serial number for the TriStar
Mg 2 has not been changed, defaced or removed;
D. Damage to the motor did not occur by reason of
misuse, negligence, use on a current or voltage
other than that stamped on the metal plate on the
bottom of the unit.

TriStar Enterprises, L.L.C. consent à reconstruire ou à
remplacer le moteur du chariot de l'appareil TriStar Mg 2
n'importe quand après l'expiration de la garantie limitée du
fabricant, conformément aux modalités et conditions
indiquées ci-dessous.
1. L'appareil TriStar Mg 2 doit être en la possession du
propriétaire d'origine, doit avoir été utilisé à des fins
domestiques et doit être accompagné d'une preuve
d'achat. La présente disposition de remplacement du
moteur ne s'applique pas aux appareils TriStar Mg 2
utilisés à des fins commerciales, institutionnelles,
professionnelles ou locatives, ni aux appareils utilisés à
des fins autres que domestiques.
2. L'appareil Mg 2 doit être retourné, frais de transport
prépayés, au distributeur TriStar autorisé auprès duquel
il a été acheté, ou à un centre de service autorisé, tel que
désigné par TriStar Enterprises, L.L.C. Les frais liés au
transport de retour doivent être acquittés par le
propriétaire.
3. Les frais maximaux pour la reconstruction ou le
remplacement du moteur du chariot de l'appareil TriStar
Mg 2 seront de 99,00 $ US. Ce montant comprend le coût
de toutes les pièces et de la main-d'œuvre qui seront
nécessaires pour remettre le TriStar Mg 2 en bon état de
marche. Des frais seront applicables, aux prix courants,
pour toutes pièces manquantes du TriStar Mg 2 au
moment de la réception pour la reconstruction ou le
remplacement si de telles pièces sont nécessaires pour
remettre le TriStar Mg 2 en bon état de marche, et pour
toutes pièces nécessaires ou commandées autres que le
moteur du chariot de l'appareil.
4. S'il y a un vice de matériau ou de fabrication à la suite
de la reconstruction ou du remplacement, le TriStar Mg
2 sera de nouveau reconstruit ou remplacé sans frais, à
condition que le TriStar Mg 2 soit renvoyé dans les deux
années suivant la reconstruction ou le remplacement
antérieurs à TriStar Enterprises, L.L.C. ou au
distributeur autorisé qui a effectué la reconstruction ou
le remplacement, et que les frais de transport soient
prépayés. Le TriStar Mg 2 doit être accompagné de la
preuve
de
reconstruction
antérieurs.
5. Cette disposition de service à vie est nulle et non
applicable à moins que toutes les conditions suivantes
ne soient remplies :
A. le TriStar Mg 2 a été acheté chez un distributeur
autorisé;
B. l'appareil doit être accompagné de la preuve d'achat;
C. le numéro de série du fabricant pour le TriStar Mg 2
n'a pas été modifié, mutilé ou enlevé;
D. les dommages subis par le moteur n'ont pas été
causés par une mauvaise utilisation, par négligence,
par une utilisation sur une tension ou un courant
autres que ceux indiqués sur la plaque de métal au
bas de l'appareil.
