SWITCH-ON KNOB (ELECTRIC).

It performs two different functions:
1. Heat speed adjustment 1-2-3.
2. Heating phase Start/Stop.
GREEN INDICATOR

(GAS/ELECTRIC):
The indicator is subordinated to use of
the switch-on knob. Lighting of the indi-
cator signals the operating phase.

STARTING PRODUCTION

Before proceeding with the opera-
tions, see chapters 2 and 5

It is strictly forbidden to use
the pot as a fryer.
The appliance must be used
with tap water inside the cavity.
Any other use is improper and
therefore dangerous. The appliance

FILLING CAVITY WITH WATER -

Turn the knob to the drain position

(Open) to drain water from the cavity

Turn the gate valve to the filling po-

LIGHT
Check daily for water in the cavity,
and if present, act on the filling
gate valve and on the control drain.
The cavity holds approximately
14 litres for the 700.
