The appliance must be swi-
tched on after having filled the
compartment with water. Do
not switch it on when empty
1. Turn the switch-on knob to "1-2-3"
as required. The green indicator light
will turn on signalling the operating
phase (Fig. 3-A/B).
2. Turn the knob to "Zero" (Fig. 3C) to
switch the appliance off at the end of
the work cycle.
During operation, check the
level of the water inside the
cooking
bring it to the correct level as nee-
ded by acting on the water filling
gate valve. Be careful of the residual
risk of being burnt while topping up
the water. Use adequate prevention

After having switched the appliance on
and the water begins to boil, load the
product into the container and place it
in the cooking compartment (Fig. 4).
Maintain a constant water level
in the cooking compartment.

1. Free the cooking compartment from
containers which were used.
2. Wait for the water inside the cooking
compartment to cool off.
3. Check to make sure the drain piping
has no obstructions.
Empty the cooking compartment
completely following the waste
disposal procedures in force in
the country of use.
Close the network locks upstream the
appliance (e.g. Gas - Water - Electric).

1. Open the drainage gate valve and
let the water flow out through the drain
piping (Fig. 7).
2. When the cooking compartment
has been emptied, close the water
drainage gate valve (Fig. 7A).
