Place motor on carpet or on foam to avoid damage to finish. - Página 6 INITIAL INSTALLATION Check to make sure blades (G) will be at least 30 inches from any obstruction and at least 7 ft. above the floor. 30 in. min. 7 ft. min. Secure mounting bracket (A) to outlet box (not included) using screws, spring washers, and flat washers provided with the outlet box.

INITIAL INSTALLATION Remove one motor mounting screw (R) and motor mounting washer (S) from hook end of motor Hook assembly (E). Remove the other two motor mounting screws (R) and motor mounting washers (S) from underside of mounting bracket (A). Save for later use. Note: Make sure to keep loose hardware separate to avoid confusion during installation. -

WIRING Wrap electrical tape (not included) around each individual wire connector (BB) down to the wire. WARNING: Make sure no bare wire or wire strands are visible after making connections. Place GREEN and WHITE wire connections on the opposite side of the outlet box as the BLACK wire connections. - Página 9 FINAL INSTALLATION 3. Noting the THIS SIDE UP label on blade (G), align posts in blade plate (I) with holes on bottom of blade (G). Then align holes in blade arm (H) with holes on top of blade (G), and push up on blade plate (I) until posts go through the holes in blade arm (H).
- Página 10 FINAL INSTALLATION 6. Partially loosen two fitter plate screws (U) on the posts on the underside of the fitter plate (T) and remove the other fitter plate screw (U). Locate BLUE (or BLACK) and WHITE wires in fitter plate (T) and remove plastic that holds these wires together.
- Página 11 FINAL INSTALLATION 9. Install bulbs (O). IMPORTANT: When you need to replace bulbs, please allow the bulb(s) and glass shade(s) to cool down before touching them. Remove hex nut (W) and rubber washer (X) from threaded rod on light kit fitter (L). Aligh hole in glass shade (M) with threaded rod and push up gently on glass shade (M) until threaded rod comes through hole.

FINAL INSTALLATION 12. If you wish to use the remote control bracket from remote pack (N), install screws from remote pack (N) through bracket and into the desired installation site. Wall The remote control transmitter from remote pack (N) Bracket rests inside the bracket. -

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 4C. IMPORTANT: Reverse switch must be set either completely LEFT or completely RIGHT for fan to function. If the reverse switch is set in the middle position, fan will not operate. CARE AND MAINTENANCE At least twice each year, lower motor housing (F) to check motor assembly (E), and then tighten all screws on the fan. -
