3.0 ASSEMBLY (FOR 200 TON MODELS ONLY)
1. Remove skid and banding from press frame. Drive fork
truck into open end of frame assembly labeled "Fork
Here" and pick straight up. Drive into frame assembly as
you lift, keeping open end to the top. See Figure 2.
CAUTION: Use care not to tip press over.
2. With frame assembly fully upright, support bolster
assembly with forks and remove the retaining clips and
bolster pins. Raise bolster assembly to the third hole
from the top and insert bolster pins and retaining clips.

3. Bolt frame supports to both sides of frame at top, using
the 3 ⁄ -16 X 2 1 ⁄ " bolts, lockwashers and nuts supplied.

CAUTION: Press will be top-heavy.
4. Using a fork truck, position the frame assembly as close
as possible to the press bed and aligned at a right
angle. Using two fork trucks (one on each end of press
bed), lift and bring press bed through frame assembly.
