Loosen the heel protector fixture.
Remove the mounting screw on the standard header and remove the exhaust
spring from the exhaust flange.
Pull the standard header off towards the front.
Remove the standard exhaust flange.

Mounting the Akrapovic header
Mount the Akrapovic exhaust flange with the production screws, using the
gasket from the original exhaust flange.
Connect the Akrapovic header fitting and header connector.
Mount the Akrapovic header pipes, align and fasten together and to the exhaust
flange using the exhaust springs included in the scope of supply.
Do not tighten the M8x30 screw until the header pipes are mounted stress-
free.
Mount the shock absorber, tighten the lower rear shock absorber screw to 70
Nm and the upper rear shock absorber screw to 60 Nm. Mount the heel pro-
tector fixture.
