8 Assembly Instructions

1. Locally flatten plaster cast where valve
is to be fitted, ensuring area is large
enough to accommodate Former
940663.
2. Fit a White Nylon Stocking and Latex
Cone over the cast.
3. Apply first vacuum to form Stocking and
Latex Cone to cast.
4. Locate Recessing Disc 093503 and retain
in position with double sided tape.
1. Place Former on a length of Double
Sided Tape (926401 - 50 mm) and cut
around the circumference. Cut out tape
under centre of Former to ensure the 4
off vacuum holes and the central hole are
not covered.
2. Position Former with double sided tape.
Pin prick the Latex Cone and Disc
around the valve area, through the
central hole and the 4 off vacuum
3. Put a sheet of very flexible Socket
Material (EVA/low density Polythylene
Co-polymer) in oven at 150°C for
approximately 13 minutes, turning the
sheet once after 6 minutes.
