TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
Charger does not work.
Three LED indicators are
shining solid red.
Charger does not work
and first LED indicator
flashes green.
Charger does not work

CAUSE
Battery pack or charger is
defective.
Battery pack is too hot or
too cold.
Cold/Overheated charger
Charger output overcurrent Unplug the charger and

Try to charge a
different battery
pack.

Unplug the charger
and wait until the
LED indicators go
out, then reconnect
the plug to the
power supply.

If none of the above
solves the problem,
call EGO Customer
Service.
Allow the battery pack to
cool down or warm up.
Charging will begin when
battery pack returns to the
normal temperature.
