Before turning the vacuum cleaner on, make sure the
"CYKLON" dust container is installed in the chamber
of the vacuum cleaner, and also the basic filter and the
outlet filter are installed in the vacuum cleaner.
9
Press the on/off button to start the vacuum cleaner.
10
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with an electronic
controller of suction power, which enables smooth
regulation of suction power of the vacuum cleaner.
Turn the dial up or down to respectively increase or
decrease suction power.
11
The vacuum cleaner is also equipped with
a mechanic suction power controller, which is situated
on the hose handle. You may use it to slightly regulate
the suction power without the need to use the dial.
Installing/deinstalling
the "CYKLON" dust container
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a removable
"CYKLON" dust container (which is a removable part of
the vacuum cleaner) responsible for collecting dirt. After
the "CYKLON" dust container is full, it has to be emptied.
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with
a safety valve situated in the chamber
of the vacuum cleaner. It opens up
automatically when the suction hose or any
elements attached to it are completely clogged
up, and when the "CYKLON" dust container is
overfilled. After the valve is open, you will hear
a characteristic fluttering in the vacuum cleaner.
1
Press the on/off button (6) to stop the vacuum
cleaner. Remove the plug of the cord from the socket.
2
Turn the end of the suction hose counter-clockwise,
and remove the end of the hose from the inlet of the
vacuum cleaner.
3
Release the fastening of the upper cover (5), and
open it.
4
Remove the "CYKLON" dust container from the
vacuum cleaner. In order to do this hold the body of the
vacuum cleaner by one hand, grab the special handgrip
situated on the cover of the dust container by the other,
and by holding it like that gently remove the "CYKLON"
dust container out of the vacuum cleaner.
5
Pull the fastenings on the cover of the "CYKLON"
dust container aside, and remove the cover from the
container.
6
Move the "CYKLON" dust container over a dustbin,
and empty its contents.
After doing this, check the EPA E12
basic filter, and clean or replace it,
if necessary.
7
Place the cover of the "CYKLON" dust container on
the container in such a way that the fastening situated
in the front part of the cover is inserted into the
projection of the container. Press the back part of the
cover in such a way that the fastenings are shut tight
on the body of the container.
The "CYKLON" dust container has to be
shut tight. Otherwise, the suction power
of the vacuum cleaner is going to drop.
8
Place the emptied "CYKLON" dust container into
C
the chamber of the vacuum cleaner. Close the upper
cover of the vacuum cleaner by pressing it, until you
hear a characteristic "click."
It is necessary to empty the "CYKLON" dust container,
if you notice that:
a) the vacuum cleaner works less efficiently,
b) the "CYKLON" dust container is full.
Deinstalling the filters
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with the "CYKLON"
dust container based on cyclone filtration, making it
possible to use the vacuum cleaner without a dust bag.
A cyclone filter uses air stream swirling to separate
solid dirt. Separation of dirt is done in an O-shaped
part of the container, where the swirling air casts away
dirt on the wall of the container, and then through
the hole into the adjacent chamber of the container.
This pre-filtered air is directed into the washable EPA
E12 conical filter stopping the tiniest fractions of dust.
A special filtration material used in the washable
EPA E12 filter makes it possible to rinse the filter with
running water, if it is dirty, and reuse it later.
At the outlet of the vacuum cleaner there is a microfilter
installed.
In case the EPA E12 basic filter (14) or
the outlet microfilter (13) are dirty, they
can be replaced with new ones, cleaned
or rinsed with running water.
It is forbidden to wash filters in washing
machines or dishwashers.
Filters may be dried only naturally.
Do not use hairdryers, heaters or radiators to
dry filters.
