PRODUCT GUARANTEE / INSTALLATION NORMS 2

1 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

TEKA´s Shower trays are manufactured with a high resistance material (resistance to
impact similar to any stone) and a minimal absorption (0,01%), they are ant gliding and
are treated preventing the proliferation of bacteria.
All of our products are manufactured under strict quality controls to certify their optimal
functioning.
TEKA guarantees their products and components for any lack of standardization only if a
good use and a correct installation have been carried out.
The Company will not be responsible for any inconveniences produced for an incorrect
installation or an inadequate use of the product; therefore will not assume the expenses
of substituting shower tray, tiles or any element that should be substituted for its bad use
or incorrect installation.
2 – GUARANTEE
TEKA guarantees for 24 months this product before its first user, excepted parts with
natural worn as indicated in the law of guarantees.
To make guarantee effective it is necessary to keep this document for possible
incidences/consultations in which the product serial number is indicated.
Guarantee becomes extinguished when 24 months have passed. From that moment on,
an Official Technical Assistance is offered through the distributor where the product is
acquired, being expenses at user's charge.
All trays s of TEKA´s ranges are unique and exclusive, tailor made and hand made crafted.
Wire nets, finishes and destones of colours try to represent the finishing of woods or slates
and the textures can vary sensibly. Have this into consideration since no claims for this will
be taken.
