3 - BEFORE INSTALLATION

It is compulsory to stick to the following indications in order to assure the validity of
guarantee of the product before being installed.
o Review the dish and check there is no imperfection or defect.
o Check the correct drainage of dish.
o Check that the dish meets the needs of client in colour, texture and
dimensions.
➢ TEKA cannot assure its guarantee over a product already installed for
it would enter in conflict with a possible bad installation or handling by
staff not belonging to TEKA.
4 - SPECIAL CUTS (SIZE / PILLAR)
All trays of TEKA can be cut by the installer using a knife grinder provided with diamond
disk observing the following information:
★ Any cut can reduce the slanted angle of the falls thus affecting the water
evacuation process. It would also modify the original design of shower tray.
★ It is recommended, as far as it is possible, that parts having experienced any cut
go concealed on the wall to avoid problems of planimetry that could affect the
future installation of tray.
★ Special squarely cuts to save pillars on the wall not made on a clean manner can
create future cracks in the tray, not covered by guarantee. To avoid this, it is
advisable to make a previous bore at the intersection point or use angle cut
machinery (milling machine).
★ It is compulsory to keep a security minimum perimeter of 20cm around the valve
when practising any cut.
