10 - CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Teka´s shower trays can be cleaned with any product apt for household use if they are
rinsed enough later except those not advised for marble derivative. Read instructions for
each product.
 It is advisable to clean with soapy water with a cloth or a smooth sponge.
★ Do not use abrasive scouring pads or cutting objects.
 To disinfect, bleach or ammonia diluted can be used rinsing immediately later
with abundant water.
 Against stains of cement, hydrochloric acid may be used very carefully. Its gases
attack chrome surfaces. It is advisable to use it before installing shower enclosure
and taps.
★ Never mix with bleach because it generates a very toxic gas.
 Products against lime can be used if they do so for a short period of time and are
rinsed immediately after with abundant water.
★ Do not use rubbing alcohol (cleaning alcohol) for in some cases van damage
the tray.
 TEKA will not be liable for the problems or damages caused on the
shower trays for not meeting the before mentioned indications.
