ATTENTION: For the items equipped with standby and fuse -
both for halogen incandescent and discharge lamps- make a
connection between phase L1 and L2 according to pict.

LAMP MOUNTING/REPLACEMENT
- Disconnect from mains.
- Back-off screw

DISCHARGE LAMP
- Insert the lamp/lamps in their seat after checking their type
and power rating with the fixture nameplate data (for types
400W MD, also check amperage for the lamp).
- N.B. for correct lamp operation, especially as regards
discharge lamps, it is absolutely essential that the lamp
holder contact be positioned in the lamp contact and not on
the ceramic insulator of the lamp.
Incorrect positioning could cause damage to the lamp and
lamp holder.
- Never touch the lamps with bare hands; should this occur,
clean them with an alcohol-soaked rag.
- Close the optical section making sure the two pins of the
cover engage relative seats
Lock with relative screw
HALOGEN LAMP STANDBY, (if present)
Remove the lampholder fixing screw from the reflector,
thereafter mount/replace the lamp.
- Never touch the lamp with bare hands; should this occur,
clean them with an alcohol-soaked rag.
- Close the optical section making sure the two pins of the
cover engage relative seats
Lock with relative screw
TO REPLACE THE SHIELDS/UV FILTERS
Upper shield
- Disconnect from mains.
- Back-off screw

- Loosen screw
and replace the glass shield
- Reassemble by proceeding in the reverse order.
Lower shield
- Disconnect from mains.
- Remove the lamp
