TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
No sound.
The iPod sounds, but
you cannot operate it
with the unit or the
remote control.
The unit cannot be
operated by the
remote control.
You cannot operate
from the iPod.
The playback
information is not
displayed on the
front panel display.
The iPod does not
charge up.

improperly.
The iPod is not supported by this unit.
The iPod is not connected correctly.
The iPod software version is out of date.

Cause
The USB device is not connected
firmly.
The connected USB device is not
playable on this unit.

The USB device is not recognized.
Improper USB device connections.
The MP3 or WMA formats are not
compatible with this unit.
If the solutions above do not resolve the
problem, the USB device is not playable
on the unit.
Remedy
Remove the iPod from the unit, then set it in the iPod
dock again.
Only iPod (5th generation), iPod classic, iPod nano,
and iPod touch are supported.
Connect the iPod firmly.
Update the iPod software version to the latest. If the
problem cannot be solved, even with the latest
software, reset the iPod.
Remove the iPod from the unit, then set it in the iPod
dock again.
