Warranty
The manufacturer does not assume or authorize any person to assume any
obligations of liability in connection with this water dispenser. In no event will the
manufacturer be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (including,
without limitation, economic loss) or for any delay in the performance of this
agreement due to causes beyond its control.
Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty
lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states or provinces do
not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or
from province to province.
