4.1 Connection to the chimney

IMPORTANT. The flue supplied together with the housing is not a functional element; it is for
ornamental purposes only. The chimney must be installed using commercial elements (which can be
insulated material or simply brick...).
Concerning connections to the chimney and its configuration see Chapter 2 INSTALLATION in the EQH-70
instruction manual.
Once the functional chimney has been properly installed and sealed, you may install the ornamental flue.
Please follow instructions below:
1. Remove the four screws that hold the front base
board in place (two screws on either side of the
housing).
2. After removing the screws, move the baseboard
toward the front. This will provide access to the four
levelling screws at the bottom.
3. Turn the screws to ensure the proper
levelling of the HOUSING.
