10. Disposal
Checks/solutions
Make sure doors or windows
were not opened during the
test.
Air the vehicle (room) and
wait the required time before
entering. Repeat the test. If
error persists, contact the
Technical Service.
Start the engine or charge
the vehicle battery.
Contact Technical Service.

Equipment disposal

At the end of its service life, the equipment must
be disposed of as follows:
n Deliver the equipment to an authorised col-
lection centre according to local legislation.

11. Spare parts

Spare parts available to the user:
n VCT cigarette lighter cable (12VDC power
supply from vehicle's battery).
Further spare parts are reserved for Service Cen-
tres authorised by MAHLE.

Packaging disposal

Electronic and electrical equipment must never
be disposed of with domestic waste, but recy-
cled appropriately.
The packaging must be disposed of in conform-
ity with local legislation.
This contributes to protecting the environment.
Using non-original /unapproved spare
parts or accessories can compromise
the safety of the equipment.
