TEE PIN AND HANDLE ASSEMBLY
1. Identify which pattern your truck has or model year (See Figure 3). Select and install the tee pins, tee pin bushings, handles, and castle
nuts as shown (See Figure 1). Caution: the tee pin bushing has the larger diameter hole pointing down. Finger tighten castle nut but don't
install the lynch pin yet. This will be done after final adjustments in the truck.
2. Once all the handles with tee pins are installed on the 2 mounting rails, install each rail separately into the truck bed with the handles in
the open position. Keeping the rails separate, to ease the lifting. Each mounting rail has a "R" or "L" cut into the cross mounts of each rail.
The crossmember will be bolted to the vehicle forward end of the mounting rails. Close the tee pin handles and install lynch or bail pins to
keep handles close.
3. Install the crossmember at the front of the rails (See fig. 2). Tighten all (8) of the 5/16 bolts until snug.

4. Using a 5
wheel hitch or other product that uses industry standard rails (ISR) to align mounting rails. Tighten 5/16 bolts to 17 ft*lbs.
Tighten castle nuts snug for metal to metal contact but still can rotate the handles.
5. Install lynch pin thru the castle nut slots and tee-pin.
Opening the handle may be required.
