Solutions
ü
Check the connection and the condition of the cable
on the controller (connector not clipped on properly,
cable severed or nipped etc.)
ü
Check fuses F1, F2 and F3
ü
Check the unit's supply voltage (attention to neutral
for three-phase models)
ü
Check timers: low speed – holidays
cf: "Settings for operating periods" and "Settings for
holiday periods"
ü
Activate the "boost" function to force the motor into
high-speed for 1 h
ü
Check post-ventilation timer setting
ü
Check timers: low speed, normal speed – holidays
cf: "Settings for operating periods" and "Settings for
holiday periods"
if motor running at high speed:
ü
deactivate the "boost" function
Wait until timer pre-set expires (max. 1 h)
ü
Check timer settings for: normal rate – holidays
"Settings for operating periods" and "Settings for
holiday periods"
ü
Deactivate the boost function. The contact should
be open when idle. Wait until timer pre-set expires
(max. 1 h)
ü
Check post-ventilation timer setting
ü
Check timers: normal rate – holidays
cf: "Settings for operating periods" and "Settings for
holiday periods"
ü
Activate the "boost" function
check connection (contact should be closed if on
demand)
ü
Check the supply voltage (three-phase models)
ü
Check the control panel status (see above if
inactive),
ü
Check values "Act" and "Sp", and position /
connection of the sensor,
ü
If an error is displayed: identify it
(press the red button on the control panel to read the
error message - consult list of errors and
troubleshooting guide)
ü
Check connection and setting of heater battery
safety valve
ü
Check values "Act" and "Sp", and position /
connection of the sensor,
ü
If an error is displayed: identify it
(press the red button on the control panel to read the
error message - consult list of errors and
troubleshooting guide)
ü
Check connection and setting of filter clogging valve
ü
If an error is displayed: identify it
