REMOVE THE SHORT WIRING HARNESS.
•
Pull the wiring harness at
the rear from the tubing to
reveal the connected plugs.
•
Cut the zip-tie securing
the plugs together.
•
Separate the short wiring
harness, remove, and
dispose of it.

SEPARATE THE GATE FROM THE BASE.

REMOVE THE LONG WIRING HARNESS.
Pull the long
wiring harness
from the front
of the EXO
SwingBase™ to
remove it. Dispose
of the long wiring
harness.

Have a friend support the weight
of the gate while you use a pair

of 18 mm wrenches to remove
the hing bolt, washer, and nut.

With your friend still

supporting the gate,
pull the spring pin to
separate the gate
from the base unit.

Reach into the end
of the tube and free
the harness from the
clip inside the tubing.
