Step 11
Before turning your unit over to attach the BACK (H), be sure to "unlock" the RAILS and completely slide them into the unit.
å
To do so, push up on the metal release lever as shown in the enlarged diagram and slide the smaller portion of the RAIL
into the larger portion. If the RAILS are "locked" and the unit is rested on them, the RAILS could be damaged.
Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Unfold the BACK (H) and lay it over your unit.
å
Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (H). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square".
å
Fasten the BACK (H) to your unit using the NAILS (CCC).
å
NOTE: Be sure to tap NAILS into the holes that line up over the SHELVES (E and F) and UPRIGHTS (C and J).
å
NOTE: Perforations have been provided for access through the BACK. Carefully cut out the rectangle in the BACK for
å
proper ventilation of your CPU.
Turn a FOOT SCREW (LL) a few turns into the holes in the BOTTOM MOLDING (S).
å
Next, turn a FOOT (HH) onto the other end of the FOOT SCREWS (LL). Turn the FEET clockwise until the FOOT SCREW is
å
tight in the BOTTOM MOLDING and each FOOT.
NOTE: Do not overtighten the FOOT SCREWS.
å
Caution
Do not stand the unit upright without the
BACK fastened. The unit may collapse.
