ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Tools required for assembly: Phillips head screwdriver, tape measure, and
rubber safe lubricant.
Remove all parts from box and make sure all parts out are undamaged.
Assemble Cargo Basket
1. Place the front and rear sections of basket, as well as the middle
extension, on a flat non-marring surface.
2. Apply a small mount of rubber safe lubricant on the inside of each
rubber gasket.
3. Slide the rubber gaskets about 1"onto the locator tubes. Fig 1.
4. Rolling the gaskets back upon themselves as shown, expose the screw
holes in the locator tubes.
5. Line up the holes in locator tubes with the slots in remaining half of
cargo basket for minimum seam gap.
6. Use 8 rubber washers and 8 screws to join the sections together. Fig 2.
7. After you have inserted all 8 screws, fully tighten them.
8. Unroll the rubber gaskets, making sure that they cover the heads of
the screws.
The assembled cargo basket should look like. Fig 3.
